Features: 

Compared with common reverberator, it features large capacity, simple structure, easy operation and control for ingredients. It has thrown some disadvantages, such as huge burning loss, high energy consumption and overheat or over-burn in some parts. 

 Compared with shaft furnace, it features low energy consumption, fast melt, long furnace life, equal furnace temperature. It overcomes disadvantages of over-burn, overheat, small capacity, large burning loss or hard control of ingredients. 

 Compared with large Al melting furnaces, it overcomes disadvantages of complicated structure, large investment and low efficiency. 

Preheat for air: waste heat is used to decrease consumption or temperature of waste gas. 

 Heating on the top: labor strength is decreased and operation is simply.
