Circular Melting Al Furnace

Features:

Compared with common reverberator , it features  large capacity , simple structure , easy operation and control for ingredients . It has thrown some disadvantages , such as huge burning loss , high energy consumption and overheat or over-burn in some parts .

Compared with shaft furnace , it features low energy consumption , fast melt , long furnace life , equal  furnace temperature . It overcomes disadvantages of over-burn , over heat , small capacity , large burning loss or hard control of ingredients .

Compared with large Al melting furnace , it overcomes disadvantages of complicated structure , large investment and low efficiency .

Heating on the top : labor strength is decreased and operation is simply .

0.5T   , 1T , 2T , 3T , 5T,  8T , 10 T , 12T , 15T , 20T , 25T, 35T, 50T .

 Energy Consumption :

Furnace of 12 - 15T ≤45; Furnace of 20T above ≤40, ( figures indicated with continuouns runnning ) .

Burning Loss:

≤1.3 % ( return 30% , Al 70% ) , ( figures indicated with continuous running ) .

Melting speed :

2.5-4h/heat .

Applicable Range :

Inatermittence operation and alloy deploying ( especially for more return ) , such as section Al , Al plates ang Al scraps .
